Quarry management at Damla Deniz is production flow, crushing and site logistics on one desk. We do not split the pit from the plant. Therefore the same crew sees haul distance, face condition and stockpile space every shift.
Work started in Turkey in 2006 and moved with the branches. Iraq opened the same year. Mali opened in 2014. Also the machines listed on equipments stay in the same company: Hitachi, Cat, Komatsu, Doosan excavators; Kawasaki and Cat loaders; Atlas and Sandvik drills.
A quarry management brief should name rock type, target tonnage and access. Then we set cycle times and which excavators sit on the face. Because crushing bottlenecks kill a good pit, we plan the plant with the haul, not after it.
The Canakkale Can stripping programme for Turkiye Komur Isletmeleri ran from 20 February 2016 to 19 August 2018 at 25 million tonnes. That job sits on projects as a published quarry management reference. Photos from related sites are in the gallery.

If you already have a method and only need plant, use equipment rental. If the job is a road or sewer package, use infrastructure services. Otherwise send the pit data through contact.

Then the spread. We name crew size and which excavators, trucks, graders or cranes leave the yard.
Because one contractor holds the fleet, quarry management can add a haul road without a second tender.
